Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lucky Arcade Entertainment LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of Lucky Arcade (the "Service"), a social casino offered for entertainment only. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only if you are a natural person, at least 18 years old (the age of majority where it is higher: 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), and a resident of the United States. Free play is open in every state we serve. Gold Coins purchases are not offered to residents of Washington, or to accounts without a supported state of residence on file; those accounts can still play with free Gold Coins. Our Service Availability page lists the current restrictions. You may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

You must register with accurate, current information, including your legal name, date of birth, state of residence and a phone number you control, and keep it up to date. To protect players and comply with the law we may ask you to verify your email address, phone number, identity, age and address at any time. If you do not complete verification when asked, we may restrict your account until you do. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

The Service uses one virtual currency, Gold Coins (GC). You receive Gold Coins free of charge when you register and through daily bonuses, top-ups, missions and other offers, and you may also buy additional Gold Coins in packages. Buying is never required to play. Gold Coins are for entertainment only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money, prizes or anything else of value, and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to another account. Winnings in Gold Coins are more Gold Coins and nothing else. Gold Coins have no cash value and can't be redeemed for cash or prizes. Social casino play is for entertainment only and success at it does not imply future success at real-money gambling. Gold Coins are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use features of the Service. They are not your property and are not a bank deposit or an investment.

Gold Coins packages are optional and are sold by Lucky Arcade Entertainment LLC through third-party payment processors. Prices are shown in US dollars before you confirm a purchase. Purchases are not available in Washington or to accounts without a supported state of residence. All purchases are final once the Gold Coins are credited. We do not offer refunds except where the law requires it. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account and remove the coins from that purchase while the dispute is resolved. We may set purchase limits, decline transactions and change package contents or prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Game results are generated server-side by a provably fair process that you can verify on the Fairness page. Purchasing Gold Coins never changes the odds of any game. You agree not to: create or control more than one account; use bots, scripts or other automation; collude with other players; exploit bugs or errors; use a VPN, proxy or false address to hide your location; provide false information; sell, buy or trade accounts or Gold Coins outside the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; harass other players or our staff; or interfere with the Service or its security. Obvious errors, including a game or payout malfunction, void the affected plays. We may correct balances that were credited by mistake.

The Service is meant to be fun. You can set purchase and session limits, take a break or self-exclude at any time from the Limits section of your account. The Service, including its games, software, artwork, text, trademarks and virtual currency, is owned by Lucky Arcade Entertainment LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Gold Coins have no cash value, so any balance, purchased or free, is forfeited when the account closes and is not refunded, except where the law requires it. We may suspend or close your account and remove its Gold Coins if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity, or if the law requires it. Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be closed after we notify you by email.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Arcade Entertainment LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of virtual currency, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

If you have a problem, contact us first at support@luckyarcade.gg; most issues can be resolved informally within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Lucky Arcade Entertainment LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable federal law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state of residence.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, our business or the law. The version and date at the top show the current Terms. For material changes we give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app notification before they take effect; continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
