Privacy Policy

Information you give us: your name, email address, date of birth, phone number, residential address and state, your password (stored only as a hash), and anything you send to support or post in chat. Verification information: when you choose to verify your identity, and at other times where the law or our fraud controls require it, our identity verification provider collects an image of a government-issued ID, a selfie and the details on the document, and returns the result to us. We keep the result and the document details for as long as the law requires; we do not store the ID images on our own servers. Payment information: purchases are handled by third-party payment processors. They receive your card, bank or wallet details directly. We keep only the payment method type, a masked identifier (such as the last four digits), the amount, and the processor's reference for each transaction. Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, gameplay activity, game outcomes and seeds, and your Gold Coins transaction history. Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies that keep you signed in, preference cookies, and analytics cookies used with your consent.

We use your information to: create and secure your account; run the games, wallets and rewards; confirm that you meet the age, residency and location requirements; verify your identity where the law or our fraud controls require it; process purchases; detect and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse and other misuse; provide responsible-play tools, including limits and self-exclusion; respond to your requests; send transactional messages such as verification codes, receipts and account updates; send marketing messages where you have opted in; comply with legal, tax and record-keeping obligations; and improve the Service.

We share personal information only with: hosting, database and infrastructure providers that run the Service on our behalf; our identity verification provider, to verify your identity, age and address; payment processors, to complete purchases; email and SMS delivery providers, to send you messages; analytics providers, to understand how the Service is used; professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers; a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganised, under the same protections; and courts, regulators, tax authorities and law enforcement where disclosure is required by law, a valid legal process or to protect the rights and safety of players and the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep account, verification and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for five years after it closes, because tax, anti-fraud and financial record-keeping laws require it. Chat messages are kept for 12 months. Analytics and device data are kept for up to 24 months. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent. Other information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use and share; access a copy of it; correct inaccurate information; delete personal information, subject to the record-keeping obligations above; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither); limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise a right, send a request from the Contact page or email privacy@luckyarcade.gg. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, respond within 45 days, and let you know if we need more time. You may appoint an authorised agent to act for you.

Lucky Arcade Entertainment LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Our service providers may use your information only to perform services for us. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time from the cookie banner or Cookie settings in your account's Notifications section, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser.

We send transactional emails and text messages needed to run your account, such as verification codes and purchase receipts. We send promotional emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time. If you tick the SMS box at registration you consent to receive recurring promotional text messages from Lucky Arcade at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.

We protect your information with encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, logging and regular security reviews. Payment card details never touch our servers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we learn of a breach that affects you we will notify you as the law requires.

The Service is only for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor we close the account and delete the information promptly.

We may update this policy as the Service, our providers or the law change. The version and date at the top show the current policy. For material changes we give notice by email or in-app notification before they take effect.
