No. You receive free Gold Coins when you register, and more from the daily bonus, Coin Top-Up, missions and rewards. Gold Coins packages are optional and only add more coins to play with.

No. Winnings are paid in Gold Coins and stay Gold Coins. Gold Coins have no cash value and can't be redeemed for cash or prizes. Social casino play is for entertainment only and success at it does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old (the age of majority where it is higher: 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). Free play is open in every state we serve; Gold Coins purchases are not offered everywhere. See Service Availability for the current list.

You can play right away after confirming your email. We may ask you to verify your phone number, identity, age and address through our identity verification partner to protect your account or where the law requires it, and you can choose to verify from your account at any time.

Have a valid government photo ID (driver's license, state ID or passport) and a phone with a camera ready; the details must match the name, date of birth and state on your account. Filling in the form takes a few minutes, but the review itself can take longer, and we'll notify you when it is done. If it is rejected you'll see the reason and can try again; contact support if you're stuck.

No. One account per person, household and device. Extra accounts are closed and any Gold Coins on them are forfeited.

From the Wallet, in every state we serve except Washington. Accounts without a supported state of residence can't buy either until support corrects it. Free Gold Coins and every game stay open to you wherever you live.

Purchases are final once the coins are credited, except where the law requires a refund. Contact support before disputing a charge with your bank.

Yes. Every result is derived from a hashed server seed, your own client seed and a nonce. Rotate your seed on the Fairness page to reveal the old server seed and verify any past round. Purchasing Gold Coins never changes the odds.
